These rooms were added to Locust Grove in 1901 by the Young family to provide additional space for overnight guests. This floor has a total of three guest bedrooms and two bathrooms, another bedroom and bathroom are located on the third floor of the tower. In the first room, the original wallpaper (manufactured in France in the early 20th century) remains on the walls, preserved when this wing was closed after WWII. The second bedroom was less elaborately decorated; the best feature was a lovely view toward the Hudson River.
