Light green silk shoes with cream and green colored embroidery on the toes. The interior of the shoes is lined with green silk and the soles are lined with brown leather. These shoes were likely worn at home as a slippers. Despite the lack of heel, these shoes roughly resemble the mule-style shoe, which was popular during the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
