Nonprofit Vendor - Spring Garden Faire

Spring Garden Faire at Locust Grove will be held outdoors on the lawn of Locust Grove Estate on
Sunday, April 27, 2025
It starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM (last entrance ticket sold at 2:00 PM)
Vendor set-Up: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
(Vendors arriving after 9:30 will not be admitted and forfeit their vendor fee)
We are charging the public at the door to enter; vendors will receive 2 complimentary admissions with their booth fee.

$5/Person kids ages 4 - 17
This is a rain or shine event.
In case of rain, we will hold the Faire indoors, in the lower level of the Visitor's Center.
Locust Grove will make the decision on Saturday, April 26 and will notify vendors.
Restrooms are available in our Visitor's Center and food will be available for purchase throughout the event.
Cost: $35 per space for not-for-profits only
** The space is 10 X10.
Your vendor fee is non-refundable.
You must supply your own table and chairs and pop-up tent (optional) and provide your own transport to and from set up area.
You may not pack up your booth until 3:00 PM.
If you use a car to transport your table/chairs/wares, your car must be off of the lawn no later than 9:30 AM. Cars must be moved to the lot designated by Locust Grove staff on the day of the event.
You may not bring your car back onto the lawn until 3:15 PM.
You must follow the directions of Locust Grove Staff and volunteers at all times.
We ask that your wares be appropriate for all audiences; Locust Grove reserves the right to ask a vendor to remove items that are not appropriate from their booth on the day of the event.
